You probably know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Its a message that we hear many times as we grow up.
Still, some students skip their morning meals on a regular basis because theyre sleepy, theyre running late, or theyre just not hungry in the morning.

You don't have to make a drastic change in your morning routine to bring about positive results. It's easy to find a healthy breakfast food that you can prepare ahead of time. It's a small step with a big payoff!
